Metal free ceramic crowns on upper front teeth
A 22-year-old female patient reported to the clinic with a chief complaint of an unsatisfactory smile. Upper central incisors had deep cavities & lateral incisors had unesthetic crowns made somewhere else. Central incisors were root canal treated and all four front teeth were restored with metal-free ceramic crowns.

A 24-year-old girl desired improvement of her smile and facial esthetics. Her main concern was that her upper teeth were not much visible even on wide smiling and looked “tilted inside”. She also felt that her lips looked retruded.
She was not willing for orthodontic treatment as she was getting married soon.
So she was treated with ceramic veneers on the upper front six teeth to lengthen and increase their visibility, correct their ‘tilt’ and add support to the upper lips.
