Outstation & Overseas Patients
We empathize with the unique needs and time constraints of our patients residing outside Mumbai. Though the diagnosis and treatment plan can be finalized only after a proper clinical examination, outstation and overseas patients can discuss their problems in advance by phone or email and if required photographs and radiographs (x-rays) can be mailed/emailed to us so that the treatment and time requirements can be tentatively planned. Appointments can then be blocked in bulk to finish treatment in the shortest possible time and minimum visits.
Most of the dental work can be finished in a short period of time by blocking appointments of longer duration daily or on alternate days depending on individual requirements. However certain treatment options may require intervals between different phases of treatment for optimized results. We try our best to schedule our treatment sequence in a manner which is most comfortable to our outstation and overseas patients without compromising on the final treatment results. A number of our patients keep coming to Mumbai for professional or business purposes. We request them to inform us in advance of their schedule so that their dental and orthodontic appointments can be planned around these visits in a manner convenient to them.
Orthodontic treatment normally lasts for about 6 months to 3 years depending on the individual case, wherein patients visit their orthodontist on an average once a month for checkups and appliance adjustments. With advances in materials and techniques, orthodontic treatment in many cases can now be done in a shorter duration and with fewer visits to the orthodontist than what was possible a decade ago. A significant number of patients residing outside Mumbai are benefitting from the cutting edge orthodontics practiced in our clinic.
